The doors opened 1 hour before show time, security check was simple and the staff (as you enter the concert venue) were very controlling insisting you must not have the intelligence to find your own seat.
Box office for concerts was very cordial and prompt with transactions. I liked the food court area with quick order and tables to relax and eat. The hotel/casino were very nice, clean with free parking in a 4 level car garage.
